BIO

We grew up in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (USA) with our married parents until we were ages 8 and 5, when they divorced. By the time we were 13 and 10, both parents were remarried. Our father would later have a son with his second wife.

Today Katie and I live in the Charlotte, NC region, down the road from each other and our mother and stepfather. We are mothers ourselves and entrepreneurs. I am an Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister, a professional Psychic Medium, and Spiritual Counselor. Katie is a Nutrition Coach who specializes in food addiction recovery and wellness.

For many years we have wanted to put our experiences into words and add spiritual & healing teachings to help others who have been deeply impacted by the toxicity of an unhealed, unsafe, confusing parent & parent-child dynamic. For us, this isn't about airing out dirt laundry, it's about giving the hurt inside a voice so that others can learn to give voice to their healing and growth processes too, knowing they aren't alone. We are motivated by our love of our father, knowing that he will learn from watching us do the inner work he was often unable and unwilling to do.
